Occupy

I have been musing the occupy events that have been going on recently.  I remember the farmers driving their tractors on 495 at 10 miles and hour to make a point.  What is the point of the occupy movement?  To say that 1% of the world's population controls most if not all of the wealth?  I believe that history will show that this has been the case for oh for all of history.  Economic power is something that will not be swayed by the 99%.  The 1% is getting to the point of not needing most of the 99% anyway.  I would like to make tons of money but I am not willing to sell my soul to do it.  I am hopeful that the occupy events will not get overrun with anarchists looking to take advantage of the global spotlight.  I do believe that the wealthy should be doing more than they are and we have a process in the USA to deal with it.  Vote the right people into office and keep on them to do the right thing.  Fix loopholes in the tax code and be sure to reduce or eliminate unneeded subsidies for big businesses.  I am just one guy and the is my POV - what is yours?
